I struggle to articulate the feeling I get when I capture a moment in time and press the play button to reveal the image on my camera. My methods are rarely calculated and are constantly changing. I find inspiration in light, textures, patterns, and colors. I see beauty and uniqueness everywhere I look. My world is comprised of still frames waiting to be recorded and preserved for the future. These memories can bring us together, make us laugh or cry, recount the past, or record a moment in history.

Through photography, I keep my memories at the forefront. I have a passion for travel and diversity many share, but my favorite travel companion is my camera. I never feel alone, scared, or bored. I feel awake, inspired, and hungry for what is next. There is always more to see and document. I have fallen so in love with this planet through my camera lens. I have taken photos for as long as I can remember and I will take photos until my fingers can no longer press the buttons.
